If you think your accommodation is suitable to be advertised on our website please contact us and give us a brief initial description.
If your property is suitable it will be listed on our own web site free of charge.
We will market and advertise your property, liaise with customers on its merits, handle the whole booking procedure, collect the deposit, balance and bond authority if required and deal with any queries on your behalf.
When we receive a booking request we will notify you and await your acceptance before confirming the booking to the guest.
A 10% deposit is forwarded to you the month after the guest makes the booking. The balance is then paid to you at the beginning of each month less our 10% commission fee. No other charges are made such as web site listing fees often charged by other companies.
Each time a booking is made you receive full details of the booking ready for you to welcome the guests in to your accommodation.
